Booking & Payment Policy

Please Note:

• All reservation requests are subject to confirmation.
• Nightly rates are for 2 persons.
• Children are welcome.  Nightly rate for children aged 5 to 15 years old $20 per night.
• Children age of 16 and above are charged full rate.
• 50% deposit to confirm booking and balance upon arrival.
• Tariff includes the New Zealand Goods and Services Tax of 15%

Cancellation Policy

• Cancellation within 30 days of arrival date: 25% forfeit of the total booking price.
• Cancellation within 7 days of arrival date: 100% forfeit of the total booking price.
