Please note that nightly rates are for two adults. Additional Adults and Children (5-15 years) are $50 per night. Minimum stay 2 nights.

50% deposit required to confirm booking and 50% on arrival. There will be an additional $150 cleaning and linen fee charged for each stay.

					  We stayed in a two-bedroom Crows Nest Villa in Opua for two nights and found it to be excellent. Gail was such a kind and welcoming host, and our early... read more check-in was quick and easy.The villa was fantastic. It was perfectly clean and fully self-contained. There was an outdoor deck/terrace with a superb view over the Opua Harbour offering the perfect way to enjoy breakfast and have evening drinks and dinner. The villa was set slightly back from the main road, so it was very quiet, yet only a short 5 min drive to Paihia. We will be back again, for sure. Thank you so much, Gail!!!

					  We stayed at Sails Villa for 2 weeks, had two lots of friends to stay and what a joy it all was. It was money so well spent  ... read more Views were amazing day and night.  Stars at night, sea glistening with loads of sailing boats bobbing up and down, ferries transporting cars to Rusell and the occasional helicopter landing on its lovely cruiser. The villa was fully equipped, so we cooked and stayed in, we barbecued and we just did nothing. Gail was so kind and it was like meeting a friend.   Not the cheapest but in every aspect the best. Val and John Cambridge UK
