Please note that nightly rates are for two adults. Additional Adults and Children (5-15 years) are $50 per night. Minimum stay 2 nights.

50% deposit required to confirm booking and 50% on arrival. There will be an additional $150 cleaning and linen fee charged for each stay.

Gail met us as arranged and helped us move in... read more - thanks very much.   She gave us a good tour of the property and advised us on places to visit.  We had a fantastic time with beautiful weather - should of booked for a longer time!!

Our only criticism - and it is very small - is that the patio tables and chairs were very weathered and in need of some care but that did not affect what was a fantastic stay

The amenities are first rate, extremely clean and... read more plenty of space to sit and admire the views. It was also a great location to explore the Bay of Islands from. Thanks for a great stay.
